2 month agoFLA units inside the Kidal governorate after the withdrawal of the governor El Hadj Ag Gamou. FLA/JNIM have mostly captured Kidal, it appears they're conducting clearing operations throughout the city, fighting is still ongoing in and around Gao and the situation remains fluid
2 month agoMali: Reports indicate that Azawad rebels launched coordinated and simultaneous attacks on military bases in several cities this morning, Saturday. There are also reports that Azawad forces have taken full control of Kidal, where they raised the flag of the National Movement for the Liberation of Azawad (MNLA), shot down a military helicopter, and seized the Wabaria camp in Gao.
